I was in Paul Mitchells accelerated learning program and graduated with honors in both cutting and makeup. In order to provide the best service to all clients, the following policies are in place: • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 30% cancellation fee. • Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service total. • No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. • Appointments canceled too laate to be filled result in lost time and income and affect my ability to accommodate other clients. **New Clients: • All new clients are required to book a consultation prior to any chemical service. This ensures proper timing, pricing, and the best possible results. ** Same day appointment : Same-day appointments require approval and are not considered confirmed until you receive a confirmation from me.
